ELEC, Inc. President, Sheila Moore was the guest speaker at the J. P. Holland School in Dorchester on Friday July 16th. Sheila spoke to the 2nd and 3rd grade scholars of the B.E.L.L Foundation program about what "empowerment" means and how they to can empower themselves and others.
